Drakkar Tecnologia da Informação (“DrakkarTI”, “we”), based in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, is responsible for the processing of personal data on drakkarti.com, including the product pages of our apps and games (for example, drakkarti.com/rolld). This policy explains what data we collect on this website, how we use it, and what your rights are.
This policy covers the website only. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, available on its product page and in the app stores (for example, the Rolld Virtual Dice app privacy policy).

Site usage (Ahrefs Analytics): while you browse the site, we use Ahrefs Analytics to understand how pages are used (device, browser, pages visited, referral source).
Visit and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads): on our product pages, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find us and how well our ads perform. These tools may collect pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location, referral source, interactions such as clicks on the App Store and Google Play download buttons, and, if you arrived through a Google ad, an identifier of that ad click. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before these cookies are used (see “Cookies and your choices” below).
Technical operation and security (Cloudflare): our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages securely, protect the site against attacks and determine your approximate country, which we use only to decide whether to show the cookie consent banner. We also use a session cookie (PHPSESSID) for the site’s technical operation.
Videos (YouTube): some pages include YouTube videos. When a video is loaded or played, YouTube (Google) may collect data about your device and viewing in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
Contact form: if you use our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (name and email) so we can respond to you. This form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may process technical data about your access in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
We use the data collected to operate, secure and improve the site, to measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising, to respond to inquiries, and to prevent abuse and spam. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Legal bases: we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies where consent is required (and you may withdraw it at any time); on our legitimate interest to operate and secure the site and to measure its use elsewhere; and on your request when you contact us.

Other regions: these cookies are enabled by default. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, manage ad personalization in My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some site functionality.
We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for the limited period configured in our account, after which it is automatically deleted.
